If you want to serve food or drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), you must order your food directly from The Denver Convention Center.   Bringing in food or drink is not permitted.  To get food and beverage ideas and pricing, please contact: kate.rizzo@centerplate.com

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

 

  1. GET APPROVAL: Before your produce anything, email annie@association.drupal.org a description or electronic sample so we can approve the item first.
  2. FOLLOW SHIPPING LABEL GUIDELINES: For each item you may be shipping, we provide shipping address/instructions. Make sure you follow them exactly, so we can easily locate your items when they arrive
  3. EMAIL US TRACKING NUMBERS: Whatever you ship, email annie@association.drupal.org the tracking number, the shipping company and description of shipped item. This allows us to help find any items if they get lost en route.
  4. RECEIVING DEADLINES: We receive shipments as early as February 17th but  March 14th is the LAST day we can receive them.  *Note, fees apply before Februaray 17th and after March 9th.
  5. CUSTOMS AND SHIPPING FORMS NEED TO BE ACCURATE: If your forms are not filled out properly, you risk having your materials stuck in customs. This could make you miss deadlines or have to pay extra to get items out of customs.
