What if I need to come late or leave early?

You can still take advantage of group rates if you need to come late or leave early. Just complete the form and indicate which day you can make it. In the event that you have special transportation needs, you'll need to book your own transportation. We recommend Colorado Mountain Express which offers twice daily travel between Breckenridge and Downtown Denver, and hourly service between Breckenridge and Denver International Airport. Rental cars or another transportation service is also an option!

Can you help me arrange lessons?

We won't be arranging lessons directly, but you can schedule a lesson on the Breckenridge.com web site.

Can my friends or family come?

Absolutely! Please indicate the number of people that will be coming on the registration form. Booking must be done by a DrupalCon attendee (you!), and you'll be responsible for paying for their transportation (if required) at the DrupalCon bookstore during the event. Should you need to extend trip dates for your guests while you're at DrupalCon for example, room reservations can be adjusted when making the final booking over the phone after you complete the trip registration form.

Are there family friendly activities in Breckenridge?

There are a variety of family friendly activities in Breckenridge. From individual or group childrens ski/snowboard lessons to Ice skating or the Mountain Top Childrens Museum. Check out the kids activities page on the Breckenridge web site for more information.

I can't make it the weekend after the event, can I still take advantage of group rates and book on my own?

You can! Our group rates are valid March 16 - March 25, including the weekends before and after Drupalcon. If you can't make it to the main ski trip, you can still take advantage of our group rates by calling 1-(888)-525-1787 and using the group code BC1DRU.

If you opt to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton, please call the Breckenridge Reservations Department at (888)-355-6318 and ask for group code L64 to reserve rooms for the Drupalcon Conference Pre-Post. Alternatively, you can book online reservations via the hotel's web site. Please reference Promotion/Offer Code # L64 in the appropriate field.

Can I use the DrupalCon transportation for one leg of the round trip?

Unfortunately we can't allow you to do this. Our rates are based on total numbers for round trip. If you have specific travel times which fall outside of official transportation times, please book transportation directly through Colorado Mountain Express. Colorado Mountain Express offers twice daily travel between Breckenridge and Downtown Denver, and hourly service between Breckenridge and Denver International Airport.
