BOOTH EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION & SIGNAGE GUIDELINES:

Diamond and Platinum Sponsors receive a double booth (20' W X 8'H X 10'D) . Double booths include  two 6’ draped tables and 4 chairs.

All other sponsors receive a 10'WX8'HX10'D booth space, a 6’ draped table and 2 chairs. All booths will receive an 110V electrical outlet. All booths will receive a Black & White sign in their booth with their company name. Height restrictions for all booths in the main lobby (ground level) is 8'. The Expo will have basic wireless internet access but high performance is not guaranteed. If your booth demo requires high performance, you may want to consider ordering a hard wire Internet drop, (you can purchase this from Brede, information attached.)
