#!#! Let outline a strategy that encompasses the needs of Rules's broad user base and attracts community buy-in for major UI improvements.

?}?} We'll review and discuss existing efforts within the community (ie. Rules Transformers and ideas within the issue queues), and we'll review additional interface designs (i.e. snap blocks, form builders, pipelines, as well as other innovations).
