We have a theme called Boilerplate that is a bastard hybrid of Zen, Paul Irish's HTML5 Boilerplate code, and Sasson. It's pretty light compared to Zen and comes with built in responsive design and lots of features. We're going to roll a new version that cleans up the original code while discussing further responsive ideas. We'd love to have more voices.
