Refunds, Cancellations, Substitutions
Registration for DrupalCon Trainings are non-refundable, however if you need to cancel, transfer, or make a substitution for your training, Registration will be open on Sunday, March 18 from 4:30pm-7:00pm for this. We will not be handling these issues through our online support system.
Cancellations: Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds, but please let us know if you can't make it so we can open your seat to another attendee.
Substitutions: We are happy to sub your spot for a friend, co-worker, someone you owe a big favor, or whoever! We will be making these adjustments on Sunday at Registration from 4:30pm-7:00pm. There is no fee to switch but the Training ticket holder must authorize the change via a printed email or in person.
Transfers: Pick the wrong class? We'll do our best to get people into the Trainings they want, and are happy to make change outs if there's room. Attendee is responsible for paying the ticket price difference for transferring to a higher-cost Training at Registration. We cannot issue refunds for transferring to a lower-price Training.
